AND the super adorbs church. Not only are the surroundings beautiful, but the church itself is so antiquely perfect. Kind of gave me goosebumps to think about all the brides that have walked down that aisle since the church was built in 1915! Simple clean sanctuary, sunlight filtering through beautiful stained glass, and that storybook steeple. PLUS, I got to ring the bell! Like the kind in old movies where you basically have to put your entire body weight on the rope to get it to move. It was awesome. I've always wanted to do that!
Cortney wanted color - and the florals gave her that in spades! Burnt orange, reds, purples, succulents, naturals curling out - gorgeous. We built arrangements in oil rubbed bronze lanterns, mason jars and Cortney's awesome clay bowls! Talon is from Arizona, and the couple moved there after the wedding, so we had to have some southwestern flair. PS - his dad was rocking some southwestern flair with his awesome boots and bolo tie! Loved working with this couple and getting to make their funky cool wedding vision come to life. All the best to Cortney and Talon!
